Clients:
You have up to 12 hours before your appointment to make any modifications or reschedule. No-shows or cancellations after the 12 hour window will be charged the full service amount. If an emergent situation presents itself the day of your appointment please text or call me at (314) 420-2303 to discuss rescheduling options.

I am unable to service clients past the 10 min late mark in order to maintain my commitment to other clients that are scheduled. If an appointment cannot be serviced due to tardiness it will be considered a no-show appointment and subject to the cancellation policy.
